Treat yourself to some self-care! Unwind with a gentle, yet uplifting yoga class to rejuvenate your spirit. Then, savor a vibrant and nourishing brunch, overlooking the vineyard in all its astounding glory.
Our Winter Series. will be offered on Saturdays with a special Guest Teacher: Kristin *Manjula* Hilt, of Breathe Body Mind and Soul. Kristin is a seasoned yoga instructor and bodywork therapist of 13 years. You can expect her breath centered classes to be a combination of sharing knowledge, effective practice, and hands on assists, if desired. Organic Brunch to follow, prepared by The Farm Bus Bistro.
