Our “Baking Fun Birthdays” are unique, all-inclusive parties, designed for ages 5–12, with curated décor, a guided baking experience, light snacks, and kid-made treats — with full setup and clean-up included!
We offer three tiered party options for the “Birthday Star” and up to seven guests, making it easy to choose the experience that best fits your family.

What Happens Next?
Thanks for your interest in celebrating with us! Once your inquiry is received, I’ll be in touch to confirm availability, choose an exact date and time, and finalize your party package and details. When everything is settled, you’ll receive a payment link to officially reserve your celebration.
A 50% payment is due at booking, including a $50 non-refundable reservation deposit. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your party.
Your date is not considered reserved until the initial payment has been received.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Parties are designed for the Birthday Star + up to 7 guests (8 children total). Because of the size of our Farm Bus kitchen and the hands-on nature of the experience, we are unable to accommodate additional children. Party pricing is a flat package rate and is not reduced if fewer than 8 children attend.
Because each celebration requires advance planning and preparation, the $50 reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the party may receive a refund of payments made beyond the $50 deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the celebration. After that date, payments are non-refundable and changes to your selected package, theme, or party details may not be possible.
We understand that unexpected illnesses and emergencies happen — especially with kids! If something prevents your family from celebrating as planned, please contact us as soon as possible. When circumstances warrant and scheduling allows, your party payment may be transferred to one rescheduled date. Costs already incurred for custom or perishable items may not be transferable.
If The Farm Bus Bistro needs to cancel due to illness, unsafe weather or farm conditions, or another circumstance that prevents us from safely hosting your celebration, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
