Treat yourself to a special Yoga & Brunch experience at “The Palazzo”
Yoga & Brunch is a slow, nourishing morning designed to help you reconnect — with your body, your breath, the land, and the simple joy of gathering around good food.
We begin with a 75-minute Restorative Yoga Practice, thoughtfully guided by Starfire Jones, to support deep relaxation. Classes are intentionally small (limited to just 8 participants), allowing for a more personalized, spacious, and grounded experience.
After yoga, we transition into a leisurely, seasonally-inspired, organic brunch, prepared with care in the Farm Bus Kitchen, using fresh ingredients, garden herbs, and a blend of scratch-made and thoughtfully sourced foods. Brunch is meant to be unhurried — a time to linger, connect, and enjoy the beauty of the farm setting, rather than rush off to the next thing.
Each gathering allows time for the experience to unfold naturally — from movement, to nourishment, to meaningful connection, and includes:
A 75-minute guided yoga practice
Transition time, to take in the vineyard view and savor some Coffee, tea and juice
A beautifully prepared and filling, farm brunch (sweet + savory)
A small seasonal take-home (such as flowers, herbs, or a handmade treat)
Time to relax, connect, and enjoy the view of the Vineyard
This offering is ideal for anyone craving a calmer pace, deeper presence, and a more intimate wellness experience rooted in community and care.
