Summer Camp Terms & Conditions
By registering for Summer Camp with The Farm Bus Bistro, families acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.:
-
We may accept a limited number of 4-year-olds on a case-by-case basis when we feel the child is ready for the rhythm of a full day of Farm Camp.
Because our program is active, social, and includes baking, gardening, and outdoor exploration, we want to be ensure every camper is developmentally ready for the pace and independence camp requires.
Priority is given to younger siblings of current or returning camp families. Please contact Michelle before registering a 4-year-old so we can make sure camp will be a joyful and successful experience for your child.
For 11 and 12 year old students that have been part of the Farm Bus family for years, we’d love to welcome you back! Camp is still designed with 5–10 year olds in mind, so we ask older campers to come ready to:
jump in with a willing spirit
keep conversations kind and kid-friendly
help younger campers feel brave and included
be part of the fun, not on the sidelines
Many older campers enjoy becoming Camp Helpers—learning leadership, responsibility, and a little “behind the curtain” magic of how camp runs. Please let us know if this is of interest!
-
Camp enrollment is by full week only. Registration for individual days is not available.
A $100 non-refundable deposit per camper, per week is required to hold a camp spot. The remaining balance is due on the first day of the camp.
Camp spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adjustments to activities are part of our safety plan.

For the safety, comfort, and dignity of all campers:
Campers must be fully independent in the bathroom, including managing clothing and personal hygiene.
If a camper has more than one bathroom accident during the week, we may determine that camp is not the right fit at this time, and the camper will not be invited to continue for the remainder of the week.
In this situation, no refunds will be issued.
-
Summer Camp includes outdoor play, farm exploration, cooking activities, and hands-on learning.
Families acknowledge that minor injuries (such as scrapes, bug bites, splinters, or falls) are a normal part of outdoor and active play.
By enrolling, families agree to assume these inherent risks and release The Farm Bus Bistro and its staff from liability for typical, non-negligent injuries incurred during camp activities.
Appropriate safety guidelines and supervision are always provided.
-
Campers are expected to participate respectfully and safely.
If a camper’s behavior consistently compromises the safety or experience of others, families may be contacted to arrange early pickup, and the camper may not be invited to return.
In these cases, refunds are not issued.
