January calls for a little sunshine! In this cozy, hands-on baking class, young bakers will create two delicious citrus-inspired treats using fresh lemons and oranges. Students will learn how to zest and juice citrus, mix and shape dough, and finish their bakes with simple icing and sugar coatings — all while building confidence and having fun.

Orange Sugar Cookies rolled and baked to golden perfection
Throughout the class, students will practice essential baking skills such as measuring, mixing, safe knife use, and oven awareness, while working together in a supportive small-group environment.
Each participant will bring home a Bakery Box of goodies to share, along with the recipes!

Class size is limited to 6 students to ensure a ensure a safe, supportive, and hands-on experience for every child.
